If we don’t contract with your insurance, we can bill out of network or provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement. We also have affordable cash pricing.
Please wear comfortable flexible clothing to your appointment (think gym clothes, no blue jeans please) and bring some extra water to drink before and after your appointment.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS ABOUT COVID-19 AND OTHER RESPIRATORY ILLNESSES
We are following current guidelines for the health and safety of staff and patients. This means:
• Masks are currently optional
• We are sanitizing thoroughly between patients and in all common areas regularly
• We are recommending and maintaining social distancing (except during treatment)
• We are screening patients upon check-in and recommending they do not come if is they are sick in any way or if there is a concern for exposure.
